Will I be able to play my clarinet with neoprene gloves?
I found these neoprene gloves which are thin and are supposed to be awesome. My fingers get extremely cold when I play my clarinet outside for marching band. Will these gloves (I’ll give a link) seal the toneholes?

I don’t think those will work. They seem really bulky. I can play guitar with gloves on, but the gloves I wear are very thin. You could wear some marching band gloves:

Or if you’re not into that, you could try wearing some very thin leather gloves with cashmere lining (I’ve worn those before while playing guitar and they work fine).

Cordura gloves are good to buy
Indeed it is often under estimated the need of wearing the right type of motorcycle clothing from helmets through to boots and even the correct garments underneath. Mostly bikers know the importance of wearing a helmet but many of them still do not wear adequate clothing on the rest of their body.
Wearing gloves is an undeniable must when riding a motorcycle. This will usually ensure rider’s firm grip on the handles whether hot or cold seasons. The rider can absolutely steer properly with the help of good motorcycle gloves.
Thing to remember is that when shopping; you will find ordinary gloves and those made specifically for motorcyclists. Cordura Gloves particularly for motor biking are always a best advice.
Cordura Gloves is the best answer for it. In most of our product types these gloves are made up of three layers. Outer shell is D600 Cordura and synthetic suade on palm side. This provides excellent flexibility and grip. Middle section contains a waterproof membrane. This provides protection against rain and icy weather conditions while Inner most section in this glove is thinsulate liner. This liner keeps your hands warm in various riding conditions. While some gloves are made of Cordura with a waterproof membrane. These materials make this pair of gloves comfortable to wear with good waterproof quality material. In market the remaining pieces from Cordura gloves also offer Mesh exterior which makes these gloves extremely easy and flexible to wear.
Palm on Cordura gloves have many good features. One good thing to look for in Cordura motorcycle gloves is to get a pair of gloves with gel padding on the palm of the glove. Anti vibration gel used in palm which helps immensely in cutting down discomfort that can be caused by the vibration of the motorcycle. Mostly gloves also have Clarion palm for an excellent grip enhanced effect is added by Rubberized fingertips for added grip. Others have Superior Amara used in palm. Thermo Plastic Rubber (TPR) padding on fingers also enhances good grip. Thus all Cordura gloves ensure undeniable grip.

Safety feature:
Safety have many things to offer like reflective piping on Cordura gloves which makes it visible in low light conditions while others have Reflective tapes for visibility in dark. For superior protection Carbon Kevlar is used while some have tear and abrasion Aramid fabric for protection on knuckles and fingers. Strong White Kevlar knuckle is good for safety as well, used in many Cordura gloves.
Ventilation issues:
Other attributes to look for leather gloves are ventilated backs if you are going to be riding in the summer, and insulated gloves for the winter. Thermo plastic in knuckles and fingers along with an air cushion under top guard provides extra protection. Some gloves also have Inlets to push air in gloves for ventilation. Cordura Gloves made of part mesh, part spandex exterior make these gloves fit computably, provides ventilation and flexible during work.
Flexibility & fitting:
Neoprene around wrist with adjustable Velcro closure. Some Cordura gloves have one adjustable Velcro belt and a pull elastic band in each glove, along with an elasticized wrist band makes gloves fitting easy while some offer stretchable exterior which make these gloves extremely easy and flexible to wear. Velcro wrist wrap and locks on wrist and an elastic band are used for an excellent fit. Stretchable panels in finger are too good for extra flexibility and excellent fit. Many available Cordura gloves also have Lycra panels for added flexibility.
Fortunately, to buy a pair of leather gloves, you don’t have to drop a whole lot of money.
Black is all time favorite and a preferable color but choosing other vibrant and bold colors; matching motorbikes, pants and jacket is not a bad idea itself. Be sure you choose gloves that you are going to enjoy wearing for many hours.
